| Anna Paquin is a New Zealand-Canadian film and TV actress known for her roles in movies such as The PianoFly Away Home and X-Men.She began her career in the film business when she was a young artist, in The Pianofor which she won the Oscar Award for Best Actress in Supporting Role at 11. It was fate that took over. She didn't plan to be an actor but it did. Following her success with her first film, she was offered numerous roles, which she turned down in order to concentrate on her studies.
